With its decision to elaborate and set a System of Quality Management according to the international norms NP EN ISO 9001:2000 and NP EN ISO 22000:2005 as well as a System of Food Safety Management according to the method HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point), the Adega Coop. Borba certifies that it will respect all the requests issued from the law, as well from its own statutes or customers with the objective to improve constantly its System of Quality Management. Therefore we set the following concrete objective in each department and level:

  • Practice a quality management as a dynamic process in constant evolution.
  • Guarantee a total food safety of its products thanks to the setting of the system HACCP.
  • Satisfy the specific needs and expectative of our customers is a major objective thanks to the establishment of a system of quality management, to answer quickly and efficiently to their requests.
  • Invest in the diversification and image of its products and packagings thanks to a continuous technological research as well as its staff perseverance and dedication.
  • Provide education programs and information to its staff to promote a continuous actualization and improvement.
  • Offer installations and a work environment according to established hygiene and food safety norms as well as to our products characteristics and production capacity.
