In November, the Adega Coop. of Borba launch in the market a new wine
from the "Montes Claros" gamma, the Garrafeira of the 2005
harvest. The moment was designated with a taste on the 25 of November
in the Sommelier Association of Portugal in Lisbon, the wines were tasted
by the association members and some horeca professionals in food &
drinks.
During the presentation the new harvests of Montes Claros Reserva had
been also tasted the Montes claros Reserva white 2008 and the red 2007.
After tasting the Montes Claros Garrafeira 2005, the team of the Chef
Vitor Sobral Aromatech, created for this event different gastronomic
harmonizations, created in set with the Chef Luis Espadana and the Sommelier
Sergio Antunes.
